Mr. Sport handles general civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including contract disputes, condominium and homeowner's association matters, defamation claims, identity theft claims, fraud claims, Alabama Deceptive Trade Practice claims, general negligence claims, nuisance and trespass claims, and other general civil litigation matters.
WILLS & ESTATE PLANNING
Mr. Sport makes the estate and trust planning process efficient, understandable and manageable. Everyone needs a set of "rainy day docs;" a will, a durable power of attorney and a living will/healthcare directive. It is never too late to put these critical documents in place - until it is.
CORPORATE LEGAL ADVISORY SERVICES
Mr. Sport assists business owners with a variety of corporate services, including corporate entity formation, drafting of corporate documents, agreements and contracts, succession planning and other corporate services.

JEFFREY R. SPORT
Jeff graduated cum laude from the The University of Alabama Business school in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration (Accounting). He worked for 20 years in public accounting, internal auditing and corporate management. Jeff attended the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, graduated and was formally admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2006. Since that time, Jeff has had a general practice focused on civil litigation, particularly corporate litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants; corporate formation and other legal advisory services; wills and estate planning, including probate practice; and family law.
